Many car-rental offices still rely on paper contracts and manual vehicle checks, so details about damage, fuel and mileage get lost between handover and return. Matching traffic fines to the customer responsible is difficult, and oversight gets harder with every new branch and employee.

Madar puts it all on one platform. An office applies to join from the website and, once the platform approves it, manages its branches and staff with fine-grained roles and permissions. Staff create rental contracts through a 13-step wizard covering ID and licence checks, pricing, insurance and the customer's signature, and they document handover and return with photos, a damage map and odometer and fuel readings. Madar then calculates the settlement automatically from fuel difference, extra kilometres and late return.

Every rental becomes fully documented and transparent for both sides, the status of every vehicle is always visible, and fines are matched to their contracts automatically. Each office's data stays completely isolated from every other office, and the mobile app puts daily operations in staff members' hands wherever they are.
