Caretti Store
A smart fashion & footwear store with an AI assistant and camera-based virtual try-on
Many shoppers hesitate to buy shoes and fashion online because they can't try items on or get instant answers to their questions. That drives up abandoned carts and returns.
We built Caretti a complete Arabic-English store. Customers can try shoes on virtually with their phone camera (MediaPipe and Three.js), search for products by photo, and chat with an AI assistant powered by Anthropic's Claude. The assistant knows the products and store policies and hands the conversation to a human when needed. The store also supports guest checkout with OTP verification, payment via Thawani and Pay2M, installments via PayLater, and order tracking without logging in.
The result is a shopping experience that brings the online store closer to the showroom. An admin panel gives the team full control over catalog, orders, shipping, marketing and themes, and a Progressive Web App feels like a native app on mobile.
