With SmartTrace, employees clock in from their phone or browser. The system captures their photo, matches it against their registered face and confirms they are inside the branch geofence. During the shift it checks their location periodically, alerts management when someone leaves the area or switches off GPS, and flags attempts to clock in on someone else's behalf. It also handles leave requests and shows a monthly attendance calendar for every employee.
The result is real discipline and trustworthy attendance data: a live dashboard of attendance rates, lateness and peak hours, export-ready reports, and instant alerts that let management step in at the right moment.
