For Murtafa'at Al Rusail Private School we built a single system that brings together academics, attendance, grades and timetables, installment-based fee plans with QR-verifiable receipts, and bus management from routes to logging each student's boarding and drop-off. Parents use their own portal to follow their children, grades, receipts and the bus trip on a map, while important alerts reach them directly on WhatsApp.
The result is a school that runs more efficiently and communicates more clearly: absences are detected and reported instantly, fees are collected on time with automatic reminders, buses are always tracked, and parents stay informed and reassured.
