Noon Oman

The digital home of the Omani Writers Society: memberships, books, events and awards

Noon Oman
Overview

The Omani Writers Society's activities were spread across paper memberships, book sales, events and awards, with no single platform to bring them together or let members and the public take part online.

We built Noon Oman as an integrated platform with three faces. A public website showcases publications, authors, publishers, events, news, the magazine and the awards. A member portal lets members manage and renew their membership, print a QR-coded membership card, submit manuscripts and publishing requests, enter award nominations and buy books. A full admin panel manages content, memberships, orders, payments and WhatsApp notifications.

The society now has a modern digital presence worthy of Omani literature, and its members get self-service around the clock. Online payments and automatically generated tickets, invoices and cards also remove much of the manual work for administrators.
