Ride-hailing for Oman: see your fare first, follow your captain live
Riders in Oman want to know the fare before they get in, trust who is driving and share their trip with family. Drivers need an organised channel that brings them nearby requests and shows exactly what they earn, and the operator needs tools to control pricing, quality and safety.
We built Masar as a complete platform: a rider app, a captain app and a central server with an admin panel. The system prices every ride type before booking, offers each request to the nearest eligible captain with an acceptance timer before moving on to the next, and streams the captain's location live until arrival, with a ride PIN on every trip, a built-in wallet, free in-app chat and calls, and an SOS button.
Riders get a clear fare, a trusted captain and a safer ride. Captains get flexible work, transparent earnings and regular payouts. The operator runs everything from one place: approving captains and reviewing their documents, setting fares, commissions and trip policies, and following trips, reports and safety incidents on a live map.
